Turn rear o2s on drive about 30 mins north on the highway park car and shop at the outlets for like 30 mins or so drive back strait to inspection station Web30 iun. 2014 · Mopar engineers have said that the cat is the most restrictive part of the entire exhaust. Changing flow for the better will make a big difference. If you shut off the rear 02s then you shouldn't have any type of CEL. Any more power and you should be able to feel it. It will mostly just feel more responsive.
