WebMay 17, 2024 · Yes - this happened to me in my 2014 Tesla Model S. One time, both headlights went out late at night. I had to quickly use the controls to turn the lights off and then back to auto and they came back on. This is an indicator that your halogen bulbs are going out. I also have an 2006 CRV with headlights frequently buring out. I dont touch the bulbs, so no problem there. I do notice that sometimes when I start the car in the moring that the battery seems low, like something is draining it but it doesnt happen all the time.

Other than that they have been near flawless except for a seat belt buck problem and can't fill the up past 2/3 of a tank on some of them.

If there is anything a little lose or out of whack inside the lamp, the whole lamp assy needs to get replaced.
